Week 3 an #ootd

The end of week 3 has me feeling a little frazzled. Projects on projects and tasks on tasks. Just have to adjust my pace once again. Trying not to let the million things running though my head freak me out.

 Here's some good study music..

Just my luck an #ootd

And of course, after I shoot Michelle, Kate and then Sierra's outfit pictures and begin to get some of mine, it starts to rain. Also, bad idea going near industrial irons after a long day when you're tired and stressed, I now have a swollen hand and a damp scarf.

On Wednesdays an #ootd

Today was long. Mass Manufacturing class was even longer. Sewing tech samples are an ongoing battle. At least I could hide under my cape.

Change Locations an #ootd

It was a "look over the shoulder" kind of day. Trying hard to find places to shoot that are new because stuff like that excites me and keeps things original and interesting.

Jeans & t-shirt from Zara and denim jacket is from Aritzia.

Future & Drake released their mixtape yesterday, this song was today's theme.

Not in the know an #ootd

It's exactly the moment when you forget to save your work and you close the wrong window by accident. Taking a healthy study break by blogging obviously. Went out on Friday morning to do some retail research which could have gone better, at least this wall brought some color to a rather gloomy day.

Step out of the square an #ootd

It's amazing to have people around you that not only care about your well being but that also take cute blog pics of you. I thought it was going to rain today, hence the turtleneck. Saw about 6 other girls wearing turtlenecks today, copy-cats or am I just a trend setter?
Random Tuesday Wednesday thoughts.

Avoiding the weeds an #ootd

Monday's shouldn't be legal. I had a conversation with my friend about how wearing all black on Monday is necessary because I'm literally mourning the weekend. Shout out to Michelle, she turns out to be a pretty good photographer after all.

W E E K E N D

This weekend consisted of good food, great friends and an absolute guarantee that school is back in session. This is a remix of a song that I love by The Virgins called Rich Girl that's been my tune of choice, I found this mix on SoundCloud.

Saturday

After the first long week of being back at school I was quite happy that my friend decided to host her post 21st birthday at a lovely little place downtown. I threw on a comfy pair of XXI jeans, a little bag from H&M and a beautiful black silk blouse from Zara. Paired with my over-worn boots from XXI, I went to get the best mac&cheese in Gastown with my lovely friend Catherine. We then made our way over to the Diamond for drinks with some great company..

Sunday

I started my day with seeing Catherine for brunch, where she made some excellent french toast and had an array of Keurig coffee cups for me to choose from (I went for the Rain forest Blend). I went home, prepared my fits for the week and read a page of "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff" by Richard Carlson. This little book has 100 things that you shouldn't "sweat" about, and the lessons usually make me feel insightful and like I've actually learned something that I can apply to my everyday life.
